Cute and clean 3rd floor apartment right near the beach and lots of restaurants/shops. Sleek decor and thoughtful supplies. It is walkable to everything and only used my car to venture off island. I throughly enjoyed visiting the open air bars and restaurants. There is live music every night of the week at most locations and friendly locals and tourists alike. The rocking chairs were perfect for relaxing on the private porch. I saw a rainbow in the morning almost everyday! Chris and Jake were perfect hosts and the gardens were beautiful. I will definitely visit again. -Amy

This is a 5 star location with five star rating hosts. We had an absolute blast. The location was located in the middle of downtown Fort Myers Beach. It was a 4min walk from the square. The house, had all the beach essentials waiting and ready for us when we got there, like beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and even a wagon to all around. -Stephen

This place was perfect. It's exactly as the description reads. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was so comfy, the beach supplies were perfect!
